Before your appointment
Please be considerate if you are sick or suspect you are. I have a toddler and do not want to get him sick.
If you have any broken skin on your scalp, no services will be performed.
If you have any spreadable/ contagious skin conditions, no services will be performed.
CANCELLATION:
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MAY TRANSFER YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO A FUTURE DATE THAT IS WITHIN THE SAME WEEK OR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
If you do not wish to reschedule, you forfeit your deposit. No exceptions. No refunds.
I accept: Cards, ApplePay, & Cash (only for tips not for full service of payment)

During your appointment
Refreshments are available, which include alcoholic beverages. This will only be for 21+ and you are limited to ONE alcoholic drink. (Please consider your alcohol consumption and tolerance)
Services may be recorded at times with your consent for media purposes.
You are allocated 1 guest with you.
Children are welcomed, only if accompanied by supervision. They must not run around outside the suite and or around the other businesses.
As tenants, we must be mindful of other businesses as there are other customers.
No smoking.
