Before your appointment

  • Please be considerate if you are sick or suspect you are. I have a toddler and do not want to get him sick.

  • If you have any broken skin on your scalp, no services will be performed.

  • If you have any spreadable/ contagious skin conditions, no services will be performed.

    CANCELLATION:

  • IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MAY TRANSFER YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO A FUTURE DATE THAT IS WITHIN THE SAME WEEK OR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

  • If you do not wish to reschedule, you forfeit your deposit. No exceptions. No refunds.

  • I accept: Cards, ApplePay, & Cash (only for tips not for full service of payment)

  • After pay is available!

During your appointment

  • Refreshments are available, which include alcoholic beverages. This will only be for 21+ and you are limited to ONE alcoholic drink. (Please consider your alcohol consumption and tolerance)

  • Services may be recorded at times with your consent for media purposes.

  • You are allocated 1 guest with you.

  • Children are welcomed, only if accompanied by supervision. They must not run around outside the suite and or around the other businesses.

  • As tenants, we must be mindful of other businesses as there are other customers.

  • No smoking.
