When Booking:

If you would like to book an appointment, please submit an appointment request form or text (949)326-6873 for a faster response. Please be courteous- introduce yourself and provide your hair history with well lit pictures ( 1 front & 1 back). Also, provide your hair inspiration pictures.
To receive an estimated quote, please provide the information listed above. All services are priced at a starting rate and may vary based on time, product usage, and your individual hair goals. Additional color or lightener is charged at $15 per bowl. Final pricing may fluctuate depending on hair density and the services needed to achieve your desired look.
Haircutting & Haircoloring services are priced consistently and are not discounted based on hair length, density, texture, or age. Must be 18 years or older to be serviced.
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment. For services with a lower total cost (such as brow waxing), a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required. Deposits must be sent via Zelle to (949) 326-6873—no other forms of payment will be accepted for deposits.
No deposit means no appointment will be held or secured.
If you need to cancel/ reschedule:
We get it, life happens. Please let us know if you can not make your appointment 48 hours in advanced. You are allotted one reschedule within the same week if you reach out within the 48 hrs. If you do not, you will need to pay another deposit to secure another appointment- this deposit being 50% of your total service and 90% if its a lower total cost.
Deposits are not refundable or transferable to another client.
Yes, traffic can be terrible and you want your coffee to bring to your appointment…BUT you only get a 15 minute grace period! Please arrive on time or you may be asked to reschedule, or sacrifice a portion of your appointment( but still paying full booked service price).
Please text when you arrive- do not open/walk into the salon suite. As we may still be with another client if you arrive early.
If you arrive early, we may or may not be able to take you in. Therefore, please arrive at scheduled time. We will contact you first if we can take you a bit earlier than expected.
If WE are running behind, please rest assure your time will be compensated with a complimentary add-on service or % off total price. We respect your time as well!
